Michael Skalla is the founder and principal of Skalla Construction, a family-owned business specializing in luxury home remodeling, custom additions, basement finishing, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and new custom homes across the Denver area
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Michael leads a team known for its craftsmanship, attention to detail, and high-quality execution—earning the company a reputation for award-winning service . Under his direction, Skalla Construction also offers unique enhancements such as golf simulator installations, custom cabinetry, heated flooring, and home gyms

Once we align on scope, we enter into a design agreement.
This gives us the green light to develop detailed plans, floor layouts, and preliminary budgets tailored to your goals.
We move into material selections, 3D renderings, finish choices, and layout optimization.
Behind the scenes, we’re also coordinating engineering, permits, and schedules to keep everything on track.
You’ll receive:

We break ground and bring your design to life.
Your dedicated project manager oversees every phase and keeps you updated through our client portal.

Once the work is complete, we go over every detail with you to make sure everything meets our standards—and yours.
